Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
WFM Server now successfully retrieves the Schedule History in Schedule Intra-Day. Previously, WFM Server failed to retrieve the Schedule History and a Internal Server Error error message was returned if the selected date was the same as the start or end date for Daylight Savings Time (DST). (WFM-22945)
The Schedule State Totals report is now generated correctly. Previously, the Schedule State Totals report for the Schedule Scenario would sometimes fail to generate and the Internal Server Error error message was returned if a Team was selected as the target. (WFM-22942)
The WFM API function ApplyCalendarItemsAsync that is used to apply Calendar items to existing schedules no longer returns an error if the targeted agents had no schedules published within the specified date range. Previously in this scenario, the ApplyCalendarItemsAsync function incorrectly returned an Invalid Target Specified error. (WFM-22868)
WFM Server's performance is improved when Schedule Scenarios with a large number of agent profiles are opened and being scrolled. Previously, WFM Server was slow to open and scroll Schedule Scenarios when there were a large number of agent profiles in the database. (WFM-22851)
WFM Server's performance is now improved when retrieving Multi-Site Activity (MSA) performance statistics after a large number of MSAs are configured. Previously in this scenario, WFM Server was slow to retrieve performance data when there were hundreds of MSAs in the database. (WFM-22850)
WFM Server performance is now improved when agent data is loaded after an entire Business Unit is selected. Previously in this scenario, WFM Server was slow loading agent data when Oracle database was used. (WFM-22849)
