The size limit of the report task filter is increased to 1MB (from 31KB) to prevent errors when saving report tasks with a large number of Activities or other items selected in the filter. See Upgrade Notes. (WFM-27141)
WFM provides improved performance of the Agent Adherence Report. Previously, WFM sometimes took a long time to finish generating the report if the Configuration Audit log contained millions of records. (WFM-27127)
WFM ETL performance statistics daily aggregate records are now always inserted into the WFM_PERF_ITEM_DAY table even if the aggregate value is null. Previously, daily aggregate records were not inserted if the aggregated value was null, which sometimes resulted in orphaned child records of time step granularity appearing in the WFM_PERF_ITEM_TIMESTEP table. (WFM-26933)
WFM now maintains data integrity when Sites that include Activities and/or other Business Unit (BU)-dependent objects are moved from one BU to another. (WFM-26919, WFM-23899)
The Time-Off balance is now calculated correctly if a full-day Exception is inserted into schedules over an existing full-day time-off item. Previously in this scenario, the Time-Off balance and Scheduled State total were calculated incorrectly. (WFM-26884, WFM-26862)
WFM now inserts extra breaks if scheduled shifts are extended when inserting work sets. Previously, when inserting work sets into schedules, WFM sometimes counted unpaid meals as paid time, causing incorrect shift item sequences to be scheduled with an insufficient number of breaks. (WFM-26882)
Processing of WFM Server requests to Genesys Configuration Server is improved. In environments with 10K agents or more, Genesys recommends using a dedicated WFM Server for synchronization. (WFM-26701)
Upgrade Notes
Report tasks that have been created using previous versions of WFM Server and affected by issue WFM-27141 are corrupted and must be recreated after installing WFM Server 8.5.206.04.
