Time-off limits wizard was fixed to perform time zone conversion when limits are set for MSA with different from site time zone. (WFM-36941)
If the “First Come First Serve” time-off bidding method is used, the agent's order or priority will now be based on the timestamp of the last time-off submission within the bidding period rather than the timestamp of the agent’s “Ready” state. (WFM-36596)
Agents now will be able to add overtime to the beginning of their shift schedules containing part-day time-offs. (WFM-36269)
All expected breaks are now scheduled after overtime insertion before the shift start if possible. (WFM-36188)
The performance of the agents' schedule trade eligibility checking operation was improved. (WFM-36901)
WFM Server no longer returns HTTP code 429 (Too many requests) when a synchronous request is not complete within the timeout of 5 minutes. (WFM-36840)
The WFM Server is no longer leaking memory when loading time-off limits for the Site. (WFM-37003)
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.220.04.
