This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When you export a report to a PDF file, the report now runs on the correct date range and the correct results are displayed. Previously, the report was run on the wrong date range and displayed the wrong results. (PRSM-14162)
Searching for an agent now yields results within 10 seconds. Previously, the search results took over a minute to appear. (PRSM-14150)
Audio interactions originating from GIR are now categorized correctly. (PRSM-14324)
Program ID is now read correctly from GIR via the GRECORD_PROGRAM parameter. (PRSM-14328)
