This release contains the following resolved issues:
When you drill down from a Topic Analysis report to view the events search results, the search grid now displays the requested results. Previously, the results might not have appeared until you clicked the Search button. (PRSM-14841)
When you drill down from a report to view the interaction or events search results according to a specific custom date range, SpeechMiner now retrieves the correct results. (PRSM-14784)
When playing an encrypted interaction in a SpeechMiner Analytics-only deployment, the interaction's duration in the Media Player is now the same as the duration shown in the Search results grid (for the same interaction). Previously, the values were different for the same interaction. (PRSM-14723)
