What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Trending Cluster Task: You can now create Trending Cluster Tasks. This allows you to define cluster tasks with specific filter criteria, beyond the default cluster tasks, to ensure that the data and results shown on the Trending bubble chart fully reflect the data set you are interested in exploring with this tool. (With Speech Analytics license–GIA)
- Topic Analysis - Audit Report: The Header row of the Topic Analysis - Audits report is now static when the report is long and you must scroll down to view additional details. The static row is only supported when working in Chrome. (With Speech Analytics license–GIA)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Delta and Threshold alerts with a change in percentage are now triggered and sent as expected. (PRSM-19126)
Report templates that were manually deleted from the database no longer appear in the database table. Previously, some report templates were not removed from the database table even when the templates were manually deleted. (PRSM-19007)
You can now search users containing non-ASCII characters in the agent hierarchy and obtain proper results. Previously, when multi-byte characters were used in the agent hierarchy, the search returned incorrect results. (PRSM-19023)
