What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Recognition Improvements: Recognition improvements have been made to enhance voice analysis for improved accuracy and detection results for English and Spanish.
- Shared Evaluations: Creates evaluation sessions about an agent's performance during customer interactions without assigning the sessions to a specific evaluator(s). Instead, each evaluator associated with the session can select and assign himself/herself a specific session from the available pool of sessions.
- Edit a Completed Evaluation Permission: Users with this permission can now open, save, export and close a completed evaluation session.
- Filter Panel: Users can now quickly and easily create retrieve evaluation session information by narrowing down the evaluation session list.
- Export Incomplete Evaluation Session: Users can now export an evaluation session that was saved but not completed.
- Archive Completed Evaluation Sessions: Users can now archive completed evaluation sessions automatically at a specific period of time or manually.
- Interactions Report: A new report that provides a list of all the interactions in the system.
- Localization for Turkish: User Interface localization was added for Turkish.
- Analytics for Turkish: Speech Analytics and Text Analytics now operate on voice interactions and text interactions in Turkish.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When you configured a term(s) with a specific strictness level to use the topic-defined strictness level an error occurred in the platform and the events were not updated. Currently, this scenario does not cause an error in the platform and the events are updated. (PRSM-15172)
When working with Internet Explorer 10 and 11, the Custom Date Range filter now contains the correct date when you type the date. Previously, the wrong date appeared when you typed the date. (PRSM-15038)
SpeechMiner and IIS do not stop functioning when more than 50 users try to access the SpeechMiner login page at the same time. Previously, when more than 50 users attempted to access the SpeechMiner login page, SpeechMiner and IIS stopped functioning.(PRSM-15090)
The My Queue and Recently Queued widget permissions were removed from the Administrator Roles. Previously, they remained even though the two widgets were removed from the Dashboard. (PRSM-12638)
In the Action Items window the icon now clearly indicates that you can the Details, Complete and Edit actions. Previously, it was not clear that you could click these options. (PRSM-12899)
The find option is now supported in the Program and Topic filters. (PRSM-11534)
When a user tries to delete an evaluation created by another user, a server error no longer appears. (PRSM-14755)
The installer no longer requests irrelevant .NET prerequisites. (PRSM-15011)
You can now edit reports from the dashboard. Previously, an error message appeared when an attempt was made to edit a report. (PRSM-14971)
Previously, if audio files are waiting for the Interaction Receiver when the audio encryption keys were changed, the audio files became unreadable. Now, such audio files are readable. (PRSM-14913)
Previously, terms in Australian English were not checked to verify that they do not have invalid characters. The system now checks such terms to verify that they do not include invalid characters. (PRSM-14801)
Previously, when a user tried to work with the Saved Search and Report tabs in Internet Explorer, IE stopped functioning. Now IE functions as it should when working with the Saved Search and Report tabs. (PRSM-14766)
Previously, when working with Internet Explorer and an active form is opened, the UI displayed that form as inactive. Now, the same form is displayed correctly as active. (PRSM-14764)
When creating a QM form, the Group Weight title is now localized. Previously, the Group Weight title was not localized. (PRSM-14726)
When you click a multiple event icon in the Media Player, the playback no longer jumps to the beginning of the interaction. (PRSM-14715)
Apply from the command line will now lock the objects it works on. In addition, if it finds items that are locked by a previous apply, it will stop and display a message asking whether or not to unlock the items.
It is possible to use the -l parameter to specify the answer (yes/no/cancel) so that the process does not pause for user intervention. Previously, the objects were not locked and the message would not appear. (PRSM-14650)
Previously, when a column grid was adjusted in any grid, the grid was sorted automatically. Now adjusting a column grid does not sort the grid columns. (PRSM-14951)
Previously, there was no vertical alignment in the QM grid. Now the QM grid is aligned correctly. (PRSM-15129)
A notification is no longer sent to SpeechMiner web server to update recognition languages in Recording mode. Previously, the notification was sent in Recording mode. (PRSM-14628)
Previously, when working with a Spanish UI, the position of the Previous and Next buttons in the Search page was wrong. The Previous and Next buttons in the Search page in a Spanish UI are now positioned properly. (PRSM-14476)
When working with Internet Explorer the drop down lists in the Operation Search page are now displayed correctly. Previously, the drop down lists were not displayed correctly. (PRSM-14473)
The "Fetcher Total Audio Time" counter in the Monitor System page was removed. Previously, it incorrectly displayed 0. (PRSM-14188)
The Input Folder counter in the Monitor System page is now updated periodically. Previously, the Input Folder counter was not updated in the Monitor System page. (PRSM-14030)
When you create an Interaction list there is now no indication that the list is shared. Previously, the list was automatically shared. (PRSM-12488)
When working with SpeechMiner in Internet Explorer 11, the Media Player now function as it should in a Coaching session. (PRSM-14809)
When a user hovers over the Details associated with a specific action item, the Details remain open as long as the user hovers over them. Previously, the Details remained open even after navigating to a different page. (PRSM-14649)
When closing the new player after playing a text interaction, the player's Comment tabs are also closed and no longer remain on the screen. In the previous player, the Comment tabs remained on the screen. (PRSM-15420)
When a QM group name exceeds 72 characters the name no longer overlaps the number of questions label and is not cut at the form preview window border. (PRSM-14041)
