What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Language
- Hindi (hi-IN) Speech Analysis and Text Analysis is now supported for Interaction Analytics (Speech and Text Analytics). (PRSM-23002)
- Spanish numbers in the Spanish US language have been added to the English US language and English US language numbers have been added to the Spanish US language. (PRSM-25608)
- Training material is improved for UK English (PRSM-25495)
- Training material is improved for US English (PRSM-25338)
- Training material is improved for Mandarin Chinese (PRSM-25685)
- Quality Management - The Edit all Evaluations permission was added to the system. Administrators can now review evaluations associated with all users. (PRSM-25132)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When an agent belongs to multiple business units (that is, the agent belongs to multiple parents in the hierarchy), the agent filter in the Evaluation Session page does now functions as expected. (PRSM-25805)
The Available Templates page in the SpeechMiner User Manual no longer includes broken links. (PRSM-25626)
Configuration of sensitive data privileges is now working as expected. (PRSM-25610)
When a text interaction contains a line similar to the following example, the Recognition task no longer fails. For example, $90 + $9.75 + $3 equals $102.75 times 2 = $205.50, not $210.25? (PRSM-24088)
Interaction segments with long external IDs are now exported as expected. (PRSM-25612)
When you edit one form associated with a completed evaluation that includes multiple forms, the answers associated with the forms you are not editing are no longer deleted. (PRSM-25582)
When an interaction contains Silence time in 2 or more different segments, the Silence time is now calculated separately. Previously, in this scenario the interaction may have been calculated as continuous when it shouldn't have been because the segments are different. (PRSM-25606)
In mixed mode (Genesys Interaction Recording + UConnector), a Quality Management > Evaluation Session for text interactions can now be successfully completed. Previously, such a session could not be completed. (PRSM-25455)
The Agent Comparison Report now includes correct data. (PRSM-25261)
When a Quality Management evaluation is exported as a PDF in a 8.5.512 environment, the Total Score is no longer missing. (PRSM-25296)
Category name recognition is no longer case sensitive. Previously, category name recognition was case sensitive. (PRSM-25632)
A backslash was added to an example URL address in the Installing SpeechMiner Components page in the Administration Guide. Previously, the backslash was missing in the example URL address. (PRSM-25559)
When working with a German UI and a user deletes an evaluation, the confirmation message is in German. Previously, the confirmation message was in Dutch instead of German. (PRSM-25414)
A note about how the sqlclr.sql file should be executed against the SpeechMiner Database was added to the SpeechMiner Components > Installing the SpeechMiner Database > Deploying the SQL CLR section of the SpeechMiner Administration Guide. Previously, this information was missing. (PRSM-25411)
In the Additional Configuration > Remove SpeechMiner Metadata Fields section in the Administration Guide, quotes are no longer missing at the end of the SQL command. (PRSM-25400)
The Prerequisites section in the Upgrade SpeechMiner from any Version to 8.5.512 procedure in the Upgrade Guide, now includes a link to the new Genesys Licensing Team online request tool. Previously, this section included an in valid link to Genesys Licensing. (PRSM-25300)
In the Setting Up the SQL Server for SpeechMiner > Recommended SQL Server Configuration section of the Administration Guide, the DB Script is now correct. (PRSM-25330)
Information about how to configure UPlatform to work with TLS 1.2 was added to the SpeechMiner Administration Guide in the following section: Deploying SpeechMiner > Configuring SpeechMiner > Additional Configurations > HTTPS for SpeechMiner > Securing SpeechMiner Connections > Configure UPlatform to work with TLS 1.2. (PRSM-25260)
