This release contains the following new enhancements:
- Quality Management - The View all Evaluation Sessions permission was added to the system. Administrators with this permission can now view evaluation sessions associated with all users (read-only). (PRSM-27561)

The Agent Evaluation Comparison report has been improved so that trend information is shown for each group available in the form. (PRSM-27635)
Failed logins no longer occur due to a failed connection to the Configuration Server. (PRSM-27628)
There is now a configurable retry mechanism when loading persons and roles from the Configuration Server. The retry mechanism is configured using the LoadRolesRetry field (default value 3) in the configServer table. (PRSM-27627)
There is now a timeout for Configuration Server operations. The Configuration Server operations timeout is configured using the ConfigSrvrTimeout field (default 30 seconds) in the configServer table. (PRSM-27626)
When working with Exploration an error no longer occurs when a bulk clustering task is imported. (PRSM-27620)
SpeechMiner Auditing now includes the following events: Create, Delete, Save, Export, Complete, Archive, Cycle Interactions. (PRSM-27619)
The lower part of the Evaluation Summary report now displays one value for each session per user. Previously, the Evaluation Summary report displayed the session per user value twice. (PRSM-27618)
When an Evaluator completes an evaluation session and notifies the agent, the agent receives an Action Item. Without appropriate permissions, the agent can no longer see the evaluation session score. Previously, the agent was able to see the evaluation session score. (PRSM-27617)
When the database is unavailable due to network connectivity or other database server problems, the application throws a valid message (for example, SQL connectivity error) in the ULogger. Previously, the application threw an invalid message. (PRSM-27616)
Two ADDP fields (ClientTimeout and ServerTimeout) are no longer missing from the configServer table. (PRSM-27574)
The logic to export the QM Evaluation Session report to PDF has been modified to increase the size of text that can be included, and to move longer text to the end of the report. (PRSM-27532)
The stored procedure that creates partitions based on call time has been enhanced to cover dates further into the future. (PRSM-27270)
The monitor task that sends the event-based report now runs at regular intervals, as configured, and uses the UTC time zone for validation. (PRSM-27036)
A problem where SMART could not load the events panel after a user opened a topic has been addressed. The logic that fetches the audit status of topics and terms for interactions has been improved. (PRSM-26990)
The database maintenance job has been enhanced to further optimize database performance. (PRSM-26784)
When generating a report with multiple metadata filters, an unhandled exception is no longer thrown. (PRSM-26581)
